Hi guys this is my PC spec:Intel Pentium 4 Processor 3.2Ghz @ 800mHz with 1MB Cache LGA 775Intel Original Motherboard i915 ChipsetPrizion 2GB DDR RAM PC.3200 400MHz Dual ChannelNVidia GF6600GT - PCI-Express 256MB DDR.I was looking to these card, can you please help advising me which one is better.I have FS9 and FSX but with FSX now, I get around 7 to 8 FPs , with FS9 is much better, around 20 or so, with everything is set around 60%.I am hopping to improve my FPS .1- ATI X1950Pro PCI-Express 256MB Video Card.2- BFG GeForce 7900 GS OC 256MB PCI Express Video Card.Or you can suggest any card, if you can.Any help will be much appreciatedThanks in advanceWalouigi

The better of the two is the ATI cardMight not be that huge boost you're looking for though....your processor is showing its age relative to running FSX...

I agree with Ryan, it's you CPU that's the problem for FSX.The rules of thumb I always use for Flight Sim is:CPU to increase FPSRAM to increase responsiveness (upto a point)GPU to increase image quality (AA & AF) and run at a higher resolution. GPU does little for FPS unless you are bogged down AA'ing clouds or something similar.However, out of those two cards, the X1950 is a clear winner. It benchmarks slightly better than a 7950GT so it's a clear step up from a 7900GS.Glenn
