It sounds like texture loading problems agrevated by changing views or turning in this case.Have/how are you defragging your hard drive? Do you have any add-ons? Have you changed the Bandwidth_Multi= setting in your fsx.cfg file and if so, to what value? Have you tried the latest Nvidia 162.18 beta driver from their webstie and reset the nHancer settings again? BTW, you actually DELETED the FSX game profile from the driver using nHancer right? You didn't just modify the exiting FSX profile and call it same-same?

shot in the dark...Have you tried locking your frames at say 25?
