February 20, 200818 yr The HAT switch on my MS FFB2 joystick seems to have problems panning to the right. I'm guessing there's some gunk in it.anyone ever had problems like this before? Any way to clean it?Thanks | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
February 20, 200818 yr Hat switches inputs are normally handled by sealed microswitches. The switches can possibly be replaced but not cleaned.
February 21, 200818 yr Author Hmmm, it has given me 5 years of good quality service...too bad that HAT is screwy....I spose it would be expensive to replace, not to mention the fact that I couldn't even find a part, since MS doesnt manufacture the stick anymore | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
