Joystick - PTT assign problem - cannot get my joystick in window

Featured Replies

Hello,I would like to use a button on my joystick for the PTT. When I go to the setup for the joystick button, the only joystick displayed is my GOFLIGHT GF-TQ6 Throttle. My real joystick is a MS Sidewinder. Is there some way to get to my joystick? Thanks in advance,Ron Sagel

Odd that the MS joystick doesn't show and allow for a button selection. I am using PFC Cirrus equipment which doesn't even register as a joystick since it uses it's own serial connection. On it I have to assign the yoke button in FSUIPC to give the space bar command when depressed, you might have to use this approach to get your MS Sidewinder button to work for you.

Hello,The problem was found by VOXATC. It is caused, in my case, by the throttle levers in my GOFLIGHT system being positioned at the very bottom in their "reverse position". They are sending a constant button code to the logic and the VOXATC software could not get passed it.I repositioned the levers a slight bit up and the Joystick selection worked fine.Cheers,Ron Sagel
