Hello Thomas,1. You must always start #2 in hotel mode as per the Tutorial/Manual. Deviating from the intended flow of the program is not recommended.2. You don't need to set the DA, but you should. If you don't know the DA, just add 200 feet to ther runway elevation indicated on the FMC Legs page for the runway. It's crude, but it's accurate.You don't need to set the TDZE, but if you want to conform to real world procedures you should.3. Don't worry about the 2nd white bug. It doesn't need to be used.Hope that helps,Bryan
