hi thanks again for the quick responseshere is one final question i have noticed during flight or even on ground that when the fa contacts me for varios reason i cannot hear what she wants the green and red button just apears when i click on either of them i do hear her responce but not what she is asking me ?oh the only time i hear her is when she ask me to brief her and if it's ok to close the door but after that any passinger request or asking me if i want a coffie i don't hear anything until i replie to the question i have not heard?do you get what i'am saying oh and one last thing i also have the pmdg 747-400 will the version of fs2crew have fa safty check and asking passinger to fasten seatbelts and so on so on

Hi,Yes, the PMDG 747 Edition has available FA briefs you can simulate monitoring.For the FA in the 737 version, are you using an onboard sound card? When did you download the 737 version? Check the downloads pages on the FS2Crew website to see if you need to install the available updates.It depends on when you download the main installer.You may already have the updates built in if you recently downloaded the software.If you already have the updates built in, do not install the updates as it will a license problem (CPAL not functioning).Cheers,Bryan

Onboard sound cards generally aren't recommended for use with audio intensive programs, whether it be FS2Crew or any other sound intensive FS addon.Some onboard sound cards are fine, others sometimes don't have enough juice.Pls email me: [email protected],Bryan
