Hello Oleg,Negative.I suspect both autopilots where 'on' when you passed control for the monitored approach.Remember that the FO cannot actually 'see' or 'read' most of the switch position. He toggles them assuming things will be setup in an expected way. So if autopilot B was on, the FO would just blindly press autopilot B again, resulting in it disengaging.Make sure only autopilot A is on, not A and B.Cheers,Bryan
