January 23, 200719 yr The FS2Crew: Default Cessna 172 FSX Edition manual states: "When Flight1 releases a full FSX upgrade for the 172 (rather than just a patch) FS2Crew will release an update or instructions on how to makeFS2Crew 172 work with the Flight1 172 in FSX."The current Flight1 Cessna is described as: "Skyhawk 172R for Flight Simulator X (60mb) Version 1.4" (its license file is dated 12 Nov 2006). Is this the "full FSX upgrade for the 172"?
January 23, 200719 yr Commercial Member Hi,I'll have to check. Flight1 released an interim patch to make their 172 work in FSX, however at the time it was not the 'full' FSX version they intended to do.Make the FS2Crew 172 version work with the current Flight1 172 in FSX would be very easy. You would just have to add the FS2Crew entries to the F1 172's panel.cfg.I'll check with Flight1 first though on the latest status of their 172 to see what's happening with it.Chrs,Bryan B.
