Hello,I enjoyed this review especially as it was well-illustrated. I've often panned this product due to the excessive charges involved with obtaining world-wide coverage. It now turns out that you get world-wide access for a one-time fee. Way to go Jepp, I am a customer now.Which leads me to the question portion of my post: Why isn't your Jeppesen order immediately processed? The product is now a download and I've downloaded it and installed it. I have signed up with Jepp and paid my $42. When I try to logon to use the software, it says I'm not registered and that I should pay first. I go to "My Jeppesen" and look at my orders and it shows as "In Process." This was ordered over 24 hours ago. Are they approving these by hand?Zane, how did your ordering process go?Anyhow, great review and the first in a long time which has motivated me to purchase something.Jeff
