Hello Robert,Off the top of my head, the manual is correct. The ATR comparison isn't really the best because the difference between the runway elevation and the MDA is under 1000 feet. That's the key. Typically you need to create an additive when the difference between the runway elevation and the MDA is greater than 1000 feet.Hope that helps,Bryan
