Hi, have recently purchased the 767 version, really dont know how I flew without it !!My question relates to non norm events, when I activate the broken wind screen button the FO reads the checklist etc but no crack appears in the screen.I imagine this should happen ? and if so can anyone point me to a solution?Thanks in advance JohnP4 3.2 HT1 G RAM320 G HDDGeforce FX5200

Hello John,The FO doesn't crack the windshield. He'd loose his job if he did.There is a random chance during the flight that you will get a bird strike.It will happen out of the blue. You will hear a very loud thud and then you will see the broken windshield.At that point you would run the Cracked Windshield checklist.Cheers,Bryan
