I tried to run the program and while you click on certan items, they work,but click on a mode button it crashes the sim to desk top! I have installed the up dates but they don't help ether, what can I do now?

Hi,Try a clean re-install.You may have a corrupt file. That's my only guess.Let me know if that doesn't help.-Bryan

I did a clean reinstall and it is still the same result, so I'm not sure what to do, I guess I just gambled away $20, on this program. i'm not a programmer and I don't know how to fix it.
