October 31, 200619 yr On a side note: The freeware Yahoo Desktop Search is BRILLIANT and is light years ahead of the competition and of course the default Windows Search. Its a must have!!

October 31, 200619 yr -------------------------------------How is it better than Google desktop?-------------------------------------Well like all software it *is* a matter of personal taste. I personally found Google Desktop clunky compared to the Yahoo product. Just like the layout more with the files on the left and previews on the right. Also found its indexing to be faster than Googles. However even that varies from computer-computer.The cool thing is - its free. Check it out and if u dont like it: bin it :) After trying Googles & MSNs tools I ditched them both and kept Yahoo!
