Yes.I have many of both products on my FS9 installation.

FSGenesis main product is terrain mesh. AFAIK, Mega doesn't supply any mesh with their products, but if they do, and it covers the same area, I would disable the Mega mesh since I think the FSG mesh is about as good as you will see, unless there is something in the Mega to lead you to believe otherwise.FSGenesis also supplies a US landclass product, and in this case it would be compatible with Mega, but Mega will replace it in its coverage area. I have seen suggestions that landclass files should be placed at lower priority than aerial photo files. The only other thing I could think of is obvious mismatch at the edge of the Mega product, but I think this is probably more a function of the color bias in the actual terrain textures compared to the Mega photos, rather than a landclass problem.scott s..
