March 27, 200719 yr I just got mega city denver and I am becoming addicted to photoreal scenery. It would be great if there was something for the midwest usa, does any photoreal scenery exist for this? Also what other photoreal scenery would you recommend?
March 27, 200719 yr If you consider Chicago part of the Midwest than Flight 1 has VFR Chicago available for purchase. I'm stuck here in the Midwest, Oklahoma that is, and I hate to say it, but the landscape is very flat and boring around these parts, which is why I feel that many scenery designers have kind of abandoned this area of the US.It's only available on CD.www.flight1.comJeff Jeff Commercial | Instrument | Multi-Engine Land AMD 5600X, RTX3070, 32MB RAM, 2TB SSD
March 27, 200719 yr I just received Megascenery Pacific Northwest today. After flying for a couple of hours, I'd say this is one of the best there is. Mount Ranier and Mount St. Helens look outstanding.I'd also suggest Megascenery's Hawaii and Northern California packages. With FSGenesis's 9m Hawaii mesh and Megascenery's Oahu (see image) you'll have an outstanding flight experience. You can get the MS basic packages for 20 bucks each plus shipping with the exception of Oahu which is 10 bucks as an instant download. The only downside to these packages is dreading reaching the edges of the photoscenery.Good luck
March 27, 200719 yr VFR Photographic Scenery England and Wales. This is an excellent product,[ NB there is a similar product which I dislike as in enabling water take offs and landings from/on rivers and lakes in England and Wales, has resulted in the edges of these lakes and rivers appearing pixelated when flown over at cruiseing height ].http://www.visualflight.net/photoscenery/orders.htm http://www.flightsim.com/cgi/kds?$=main/re...ukvfr/ukvfr.htmBest and Warm RegardsAdrian Wainer

March 27, 200719 yr Alright thanks for the help. I was more interested in something for the heartland because it just isnt right in fs. I have fs genesis landclass and I'm not that impressed with it, it makes too much of kansas show up as grass and forest, not enough farms, and circle farms are not where they should be in the entire usa. The reason I got it was to help the rural areas of fs look more realistic because i have utusa for the cities, but fsgen landclass really doesn't do much from what i am noticing.
March 27, 200719 yr You might want to get something like BirdsEyeView then. It provides several alternate textures that work great with the FSG landclass. There are some other products available which provide similar functionality. Perhaps other avsimmers will suggest them.Smooth Flyin'
March 27, 200719 yr I Was thinking about birds eye view, but I have ge pro which is pretty good. My main problem is textures are not where they should be, now I thought fs genesis landclass would be able to solve this problem, but again, it doesnt do much good.
March 28, 200719 yr BTW has anyone tried this? Looks great to me, but I dnot see anything about winter textures. http://horizonsimulation.com/shopus/index....id=188#Features
