November 24, 200718 yr Hi, I fly the PMDG 747-400, and I was wandering how you use the stab trim on the throttle quadrant. There are controls on the CDU fpr rudder and aileron trim, but nothing for the stab trim.Couls someone tell me where I can find the stab trim controls? Thanks! April 26, 200818 yr They are your standard FS2004 stab trim controls, as set on your joystick or keyboard (NUM 7 and NUM 1 by default).- daniel
April 27, 200818 yr Once you have all your weights programmed into the FMC it will report to you a Stab Trim for takeoff that you enter the standard way Num7/1 or PGUp/PGdn. It's usually around the 6.0 units mark. Regards, Max (YSSY) i7-12700K | Corsair Vengeance LPX 64GB 3600MHz DDR4 | Gigabyte RTX4090 24Gb | Gigabyte Z690 AORUS ELITE DDR4 | Corsair HX1200 PSU
April 27, 200818 yr Commercial Member Just assign the FS Elevator trim to your yoke switches or use the numpad. The real aircraft has a backup set behind the Throttle. Rob Rob Prest
