December 28, 200718 yr What file sets the default zoom setting? When I load a flight I always have to hit the (-) key once to get it right> Best Regards, Vaughan Martell PP-ASEL KDTW
December 28, 200718 yr Hi vonmarThe zoom factor is set by the aircraft you use for the deafault flight ie. the C172.Open the "panel.cfg" file for that aircraft (It is found in the "Panel" Subdirectory, and is a plain text file). Near the top of the file you will see something like this: [Window Titles]Window00=Main PanelWindow01=Radio StackWindow02=GPSWindow03=AnnunciatorWindow04=CompassWindow05=Mini Panel[VIEWS] // <-- Add this lineVIEW_FORWARD_ZOOM=0.700 // <-- Add this line. Try changing the value[Window00]file=panel_background_640.bmpfile_1024=panel_background_1024.bmp
