Weird Behaviour

Recommended Posts

Sometimes when I am flying in FS9, my keyboard starts acting weirdly. For instance when I push the back arrow on the numeric keypad, instead of getting the back view of the aircraft, I get a side view. Thats not all, sometimes after slowing down one of my two engines, I cannot get control of my other engine using E+1or2. Also the are many other functions which stop working properly. The only I can fix it fight now is by resetting defaults. That as you can imagine is inconvinient since I lose my own personal settings. I am running FS9 on Windows XP Home Edition.Processor: Celeron D 2.93 GhzRam: PC2700 DDR SDRAM 512MBVideo Card: Nvidia GeForce FX 5200 128MBI don't know maybe giving you these specs will help.

Hi:I have just started to have some problems with my keyboard as well. I can't reset the forward view in virtual cockpit using the spacebar and using the "Alt" key will not open the menu. I have had to shutdown my PC to exit FS9!! So far the fix is to reboot the PC or copy a backup version of FS9.cfg. I am trying to determine the cause, but no luck yet since the problem does not always occur.Good luck finding a fix!Airbus
