FS9 crashes at Barcelona

Featured Replies

I have the Simwings scenery of Barcelona and when I start at that airport my FS9 crashes. Any ideas why it would crash? already checked for double AFCADs and didn't find any. This is the only airport this happens at.

This only happens in winter and only at Simwings Barcelona.

Did you get this as part of the Aerosoft Spanish Airports package? If so, register your collection at www.aerosoft.com. That will give you access to FAQs and patch links if available. See the lower left hand section for the link to get started. Aerosoft also has links to their scenery forum there. Here is a link to Sim-wings own forum:http://forums.simflight.com/viewforum.php?f=112Also, make sure you do not have another add-on nearby where their textures might be defective. Textures are what usually cause a CTD.

No I did not get this as part of the Aerosoft Spanish airports package. I bought the scenery as a single airport from Simwings. I guess I will try the simwings forums. Hope they can help.

I used to have that problem just east of Barcelona with the same scenery after takeoff but for the life of me I can't remember the solution I used. I have a feeling it was Afcads though and conflicting sceneries that I didn't realize covered the same airport.
