I downloaded the software this morning via the recommended downloader. As in the previous posts I just cannot get the program to run.The big problem is missing FS2crew.exe within the FX folder. This also effects the uninstall and I had to delete items from my registry manually. This is ok if you know what you are doing luckily I do.I had no error messages during install and the FS2 crew folder was built as expected in FX.I would be interested If anyone has got it to work.A search for the missing file only showed my .exe files in FS9.I have checked my FX install and registry and no problems. I have added other addons to FX like My Traffic no problem.I use FS2 crew for Level D and PMDG Great Software I hasten to add.I have contacted Bryan but as yet no reply. If someone has the .exe file please email it to me at [email protected] FlyingAndy Ex Submariner not pilot Hi

Hi Andy,I'm sorry I don't operate on UK time.We have a large user base for the FSX 747 default edition and your issue has been experienced by 2 to 3 people. You have a registry program with FSX. When FS2Crew installs and runs a sub-program during the install, it looks for FSX in your registry. The installer is not finding FSX in your registry, which means something weird happened to FSX in your registry.FS2Crew looks for the location of your FSX.exe in your registry:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftMicrosoft GamesFlight Simulator10.0Tell me if that is there. Also, see this thread and how the user fixed the same issue by re-installing FSX:http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=sho...d=24&mesg_id=24Chrs,Bryan
