When I start up the 747 in fsx, I receive the engine sound and this is continuous, regardless of whether my sound is on or off. I fly the 747 in multisession online every night and this sound can be very irritating in that it interferes with the voices of other pilots online, especially if their voices are not very clear.Is there any way that I can block out this sound? I find I have this sound and the sound of the 747 when flying.

Hi,Are you sure this is not the air-conditioning packs sound? I added one to the default 747.Try opening the Packs panel and turning off the packs. That should get rid of the sound if you don't like it.Cheers,Bryan

Hi BryanYes it was the sound of the airconditioning. When on multisession, I turn it off and on freeflight leave it on. Thank you for your assistance.Colhill
