Hello,It's one of two things:1. You don't have the FSX ATR aircraft installed from Flight1.Remember FS2Crew is not the aircraft. We add the crew to the aircraft.2. Your FS registry entry needs repair. Based on what you said though I suspect it's #1.Cheers,Bryan

Hi,You can get the Flight1 ATR here:http://www.flight1.com/products.asp?product=atr1Make sure you install any available updates for it (not the public beta though).Do a couple test flights. Get comfortable with it. It's a fairly complex airplane.Once you're satisfied all is working with it, then you can re-install FS2Crew.Cheers,Bryan

Yes, you need the aircraft. It's listed in the Requirements on the FS2Crew FSX ATR product page.FS2Crew is like an expansion pack for the aircraft. The Flight1 ATR aircraft is an excellent aircraft; it is worth it. You won't be disappointed. All the best,Bryan

Hi,I'm a bit hesitant to provide support for other company's products :-) But... there should be a shortcut icon on your desktop for the ATR Config Manager. Also look in Start - All Programs - Flight1.Be sure to have a good read through the Flight1 ATR manual... this is a very complex plane!Cheers,Bryan

I might suggest taking a look at the Flight1 ATR aircraft forum for that one:http://atr.flight1.net/forums/As mentioned, once you have the aircraft up and running and you are comfortable with it and all is working well, that's the time to install FS2Crew.Cheers,Bryan
