Only Flatchase For Ai Traffic?

Featured Replies

Is it possible to have a wing view, or any type of customizable view at all for ai traffic? Tried many things in the camera.cfg but nothing seems to work.

I'm also wondering if this can be done. I have a fixed camera that tracks my plane at the end of a runway, but can it be made to track AI planes?

One way is to right click the screen, scroll to AI Traffic and select your plane from the list. You can view from any angle from there.Bob

SuperTrafficBoard (V2.1) can give you the same camera views as the user aircraft has but in the context of an AI aircraft. There are some limitations placed upon it by FSX (that sadly worked just fine in FS9), that can sometimes causes stuttering in the view. Having said that there are some strategies for reducing the impact of the stutters, and I found the Tower view of an AI aircraft particuarly enjoyable around airports. It's called the "Shadow AI" function, and I describe the camera views as a "preview" in expectation of the problems being fixed in the next version of FS.RegardsSimon
