I have no idea what the problem is, and I've never seen this before, but I get an error when I try to open up the load manager (MD11 only, oddly enough) saying "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail." It also has a line pointing to my main FS9\PMDG\MD11_LoadManager.exe. :(

You didn't look far for the same problem in the forum.Visual C++ Redistributable 2008 installed?

Sorry, I did a quick check in the forums - guess it wasn't thorough enough. Yes, Visual C++ Redis. 08 is installed. I just noticed, however, that it installed to my main C Drive folder. That doesn't look normal to me. Maybe that's where the problem is? I don't know - I just did what the installer told me to do. Didn't have any options where to put it. Where should it be?

Problem solved. Downloaded the one from the Microsoft website instead of using the one that came with the PMDG installer. Thanks for the help anyway!
