Hi guys!I want to download the new vidp afcad, however the avsim library says its only for fsX.I am using fs2004, Can i use this afcad file, though its actually meant for fsX?just a bit confused and thanks for the helpregardsabn

If it really is an FSX compiled airport, then the FSX format is incompatible with FS9.

That scenery has more in it than just "AFCAD" data. In theory you could extract the xml from an fsx airport and remove the pieces that fs9 can't understand, but there are also a number of subtleties between the two versions so that the converted airport might have a bunch of problems you would have to manually fix.scott s..

hey man...how bout u use the AFCAD 2.21 program...its for fs9..and i think its an excellent freeware...happy flying!! :)
