February 2, 200917 yr Hi all.I want to build a timer (counting in seconds) into an XML gauge, so that it triggers an event at the end of a given time. Can anyone give me a clue how to go about it?Thanks! :(
February 3, 200917 yr Hi,Here's what I do:1. Save the current Zulu time (,minutes) in your own variable (also ,minutes).2. Subtract your variable from the current Zulu time to find out how many minutes have elapsed.3. Trigger your action when the elapsed time reaches your target value.Hope this helps, Tom Gibson CalClassic Propliner Page
February 5, 200917 yr Author Tom,Problem solved - I didn't know how to increment a variable so that the gauge counted up to 10. I got the suggestion for how to do it on the FFDS board, so the gauge now works. Thanks for the suggestion. :(
