February 8, 200917 yr Yep, good for Carenado for supporting the "old" platform; I will definitely be picking this one up. The screenshots look great. Ironic how they modeled a 1977 N model, which is the least desirable 172 variant in real life due to the camshaft and lifter-eating tendencies of the O320-H2AD engine, but none of that matters in the sim, of course. Looking foward to flying this one. John G.
February 9, 200917 yr Author Ed I thought you were a "big bird" type of guy ;)I am very much so.....but every now and again. :( I love my V35B and Mooney and hope to add the PA -28RT-201 Arrow IV to my stable.I am really a low wing GA fan but I also have Carenado's C-182 RG which is exquisite. To show my support for Carenado's support of FS9 I will also purchase the 172 which looks gorgeous also. :( My FS Videos
