Lightswitches 737 NG

Featured Replies

I bought 737NG from the shop as download. Not all lightswitches are working properly for exterior lights.Logolight is always on and using the switch on the overhead doesn't change anything.Have someone experienced the same thing and does anybody know a fix for this?Stein Aasheim

This happens to me every now and then. Turn the panel light switch off to kill the logo light.

Yes that kills the logolights, but also the interior lights. At night you don't want logolights on in the air,but you want to have panellight and interiorlight on.Then the logolight is back again.I believe there must be some kind of a bug between panellights and the rest of the lightswitches.Any solution anybody?Stein Aasheim

No solution. The tail logo light always on is one of the quirks in the the 737NG. The NGX is the solution. My guess (this is before my time with pmdg) is it is a holdover from the FS2002 design... just guessing.

Yes, that's one of few bugs (very minor though) in the 737NG. I remember reading about a way to solve it but I'm not sure if it was here or somewhere else. Why not Google it if you really want to solve it? :(
