Aircraft Moved When Starting RC - Why ?

Featured Replies

Hi All,I'm using OrBX scenery for australia and when I start RC, it slews my a/c thousands of mile saway...I have never had this behaviour before. Any ideas ?Thnx

hi,It seems that the scenery database was not updated and that may have cause dthe problem.Having run makerways.exe, and updated the DB, all seems well now....!Thnx

Just some more additional FYI info - without updating the database, it is likely RC wouldn't have been able to pick up the lat/long of your departure airport and so it sends you to the deafult Lat Long 0/0. So not only did the plane move 1000s of miles away, it was being placed at the North Pole! :o)Thought that might be of interest... :o)Subs
