Cannot reinstall MD11

Following a hitch with the reinstall of the 737 I ran the Remove Tool, which as well as removing the 737 from my machine also removed the 747 and MD11 Load Managers. Dead icons on the desktop and gone from the PMDG base folder.The 747 I have got from my cd version but the MD11 (download version) is giving me trouble.Rather too hastily I uninstalled the MD11 - instead of trying a "Repair" and now can
