Can anyone please tell me whether this a/c (Alphasim, now freeware on AVSIM) is supposed to have spoilers? There are references to them in theaircraft.cfg, but I can't get them to deploy.Thanks.Martin

Am I correct that you are referring the file named tucano.zip ?If so, it appears there are no spoilers on the wings. The panel option for Air Brake (which is the same as using your normal / key), does deploy a panel under the aircraft which would act in the same manner as spoilers on the wings - reducing speed quickly.Hope that helps.

Hi, No, it's this file:alpha_shorts_belfast_fs9.zipM.(I can't see that the usual spoiler key has any effect at all in this a/c)

Agreed - lots of clever animations such as the cargo door etc and the usual flaps but no spoilers. Guess they figured this large aircraft would be flying far to slowly to ever need them.I did not see any reference to spoilers in the checklist either.Wear your parachute just in case though! :(

I wonder why this is in the aircraft.cfg file though:spoiler_limit = 59.989Maybe just an oversight on Alphasim's part.M.
