April 26, 200917 yr Hi; Can i use FE, GE Pro and REP without any conflicts. Like them all and would like to see them together. Thanks for any help.
April 26, 200917 yr not only can you..but YOU MUST! :( FS will never look the same. Also add FSGlobal 2008 and Ultimate Terrain and ActiveSky (use FE for clouds) and itll look fantastic. - Red E8500 @ 4.1 | EVGA 275GTX (overclocked) | 2x2GB Mushkin Enhanced Redline @ 1066 | Samsung 24inch LCD @ 1920x1080 |

Must check out the others you recommend. Just one other point do any of the products i want to use overwrite any others ie. FE and REP. Thanks again.
April 27, 200917 yr Well, I believe REP contains water and sky textures. FE also contains those, but I feel does them better. You can still use REP for the other things it provides (lights, runways, etc). I would install REP, then GE Pro, then FE (although GE Pro does not contain any of the same files as the other two) - Red E8500 @ 4.1 | EVGA 275GTX (overclocked) | 2x2GB Mushkin Enhanced Redline @ 1066 | Samsung 24inch LCD @ 1920x1080 |
April 27, 200917 yr I prefer FE clouds but it's a close call between FE and REX water. You'll have to decide for yourself, but agree with the above posters. Those products you metion just completely transform the look of FS9 and Active sky does to weather rendering what the others do for the look of FS9.
April 27, 200917 yr Tingoose, I believe he meant REP, as in the freeware, real environment pro, not REX, which I don't believe is out for FS9 yet.Jerry,FE is Flight Environment, which is payware for clouds, water, sky, and sun textures.REP is Real Environment Pro, which I believe has light, runway/taxiway, sun, sky, water, and reflection textures, and it's freeware. - Red E8500 @ 4.1 | EVGA 275GTX (overclocked) | 2x2GB Mushkin Enhanced Redline @ 1066 | Samsung 24inch LCD @ 1920x1080 |
