FS9 Multiplayer Aircraft on Vista

Featured Replies

Ok, Ive had this problem a half dozen times on the XP machine. I never could remember how to fix it, but I would check this forum and find the answer. Now it is happening on my Vista machine and for once, I remembered the old fix, but no joy this time... Figures.I cant see the MP aircraft on Vatsim. They and ATC see me, but I dont see them. Even on the FSNavigator, I see my target but no one else, despite hearing them callout on freq. Ive checked the MP in FS to make sure it is connected. That was the problem on the XP machine. Ive checked the compatibility boxes for the EXE file in Vista. That didnt do the trick. I turned off the firewall as well... No joy. What else?Chris

Make sure you create exceptions in your firewall for the following FSInn executables:FWINN.exeFSInnUIVVL.exeFSInnUI.exeFSFDTCP.exeThen reboot and all should work fine. Let us know how you get on.Regards
