Hi guys, yesterday I did a flight from FMMI (Antananarivo, Madagascar) to EHAM (Amsterdam, Netherlands) and was assigned by Radar Contact to RWY 27 approach. I put the frequency of the ILS (it was 111.50, I think), but the FMC didn

EHAM im the 0904 airac for runway27 is 111.55/268 so if your afcad is 111.50 you'd have to change the ils on the navrad page to 111.50/268 to get it to pick up the ils.Hope this helps.John Ellison

Good luck getting any help from Cloud9 and their tech suppot :(

I've just read in another forum that Cloud 9's EHAM can use one of multiple AFCADs. Here's how to tell what ILS is being used in RC4.Go into your RC4 folder and the data folder under it. Make a safe copy of r4.csv. Open it in Notepad with word wrap off. You will get a comma delimited text file.Search for EHAM and you'll get a list of the rows of runways for that airport. If present you'll see the ILS frequency extracted from the scenery. Sometimes the runway afcad file needs to have its priority forced so the database utility extracts the correct data. Also make sure you have the correct makerwys version from here in your FS root folder:http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.htmlPost on the RC forum here on AVSIM if you continue having problems.
