I am very new to PMDG and the MD-11. I am trying to follow the Tutorial to get a handle on things and managed to get stuck programming the FMS. I neglected to wait until the computer had worked out the TO C of G and ended up with the CHECK V SPEEDS message on the FMS scratchpad. There seems to be no way to go back to the WEIGHT INIT page nor to start from scratch with entering the plan again. I have had to exit the flight and start again. I have searched the FMS manual but if there is something there about how to do this I can not find it. How do we cancel out of a plan and start another?CheersPeter Coveney

Re-enter the origin/destination. This will reset the flight plan.The CHECK V-SPEEDS is normal, when this message appears you should accept (or modify) the offered v-speeds by pressing the LSBs next to each one. It is not an error message. However, if after setting up the T/O INIT you then select or change runway the message will appear which means go back to the T/O INIT page and accept the v-speeds.
