all key requests have been processed. if you haven't received it, check you spam filters and junk email folder. if you still can't find it, send me an email, with your name and new product id, including a minus if there is one, so i can send you a key.also, your key may not work on vista machines, if you aren't right mouse clicking the .exe or shortcut, and then clicking run as administrator.jd
