June 1, 200917 yr RJAA has 34L and 34R you dont state which one you use but in general 34L is used for landing as it's a lot longer. Your corrrect the aircraft should have autotuned 111.90/336 IYQ. If thats not the case then yes just enter yourself. I flew into Narita a few weeks back and didn't have any problems so it could just be a glitch. Best way to check is to park at the ramp in Narita, build a very basic flightplan RJAA/RJAA select 34L as your departure and arrival and the aircraft should autotune for you there and then.CheersRobRob,That would be Rwy34L.Maybe something i missed on the To/App page when i selected my arrival runway?I've selected rwy 34L , picked one of the STAR and inserted. Checked the FPLN and the parameters are all in there. The radio panel on the MD-11, is there any auto-tune on that or maybe on the PMDG MD-11 feature menu that i miss?Setup: PMDG MD-11 FS9 and using Overland RJAA airport.thanks,Kin M.

Did you try the test I suggested and park up at Narita? RobEDIT: just to clarify all my flights are on the FS9 MD11 now so same setup as you Rob Prest

June 1, 200917 yr Kin, just a question, when you selected the arrival runway did you select "34L" or did you select "ILS34L"? If the runway you selected is anything other than an ILS or LOC procedure, the FMS will not autotune the ILS. June 1, 200917 yr nah, that bug was fixed with the last update Bryan Richards "People depend so much on automation that they forget how to get the automation to work." B.W.
June 2, 200917 yr Manually entering 111.90/336 on the ILS in NAV/RAD shoud work as well if you wanna try that instead of the STAR on rwy 34L.Also check your PFD to see if it shows the ILS IYQ in magenta. Eric [FSX on Windows7 64-bit]
