Hi,First time this happened? It worked before?It's hard to say what condition you missed. Please take a 2nd look at the tutorial flight.Pls advise.

the green button has produced no response in any of my flights...after passing 7000 feet and folllowing the tutorial preciselyeverything else has worked up until that pointthanksm ryder

Did you play the STAR brief?I'd have to check my own manual, but I recall that puts FS2Crew into descent mode, and that is a necessary condition for the Approach checklist to play.

i play the STAR brief...the mode reads approach brief...the FO says..."Im ready for the approach brief"but when i hit the green button...nothing happensthis is starting to look more like a technical problem rather than a user mistake ?i cant use the product unless i solve this...whats my next step?thanksm ryder

Hi,When you play the STAR brief, does the mode change on the Approach Brief Page? Take a look at the box on the bottom of the the Approach Page.Also, try this:Load the 767. Make sure the beacon is on.Slew up to 33,000 feet then:- Open the Master Panel.- Open the Setup Panel.- DO NOT ACTIVATE FS2Crew by clicking the Time to Departure.- Close the Setup Panel.- Open the Brief Panel.-Run the Approach Brief. Note the change in Mode on the bottom of the Approach Brief page when you play the STAR brief.Press the Green Button to run the Approach Brief.

Hmmmm, are you using a joystick button or keypress for the Button.If joystick, try using a keypress.

im using the default - button only....which works through out the simulation until this point

i think im alone on this one!i have the ATR and PMDG 747 versions and they work all the way through.This product is especially important to me because I prefer ultra realistic simulations, which FS2 Crew offers.Can we narrow this down to a technical issue or me making a mistake?thanksmr

I think you're alone. I've never had this issue reported before out of a very large user base.So it's very tough to guess.Please email me, and I'll try one on one support.Cheers,
