you don't need advdisplay.dllfsuipc does the display of the menusjd

I suggest renaming advdisplay.dll to advdisplay.dxx to keep it from interfering. Current versions of FSUIPC display messages directly in the RC area but insure on the main tab of FSUIPC that multiline messages are allowed.
