Just setup a flight with the aircraft you wish to use, at whatever airport you desire and with whatever zoom settings you like.Save that flight (the semicolon ; is the shortcut) and be sure you put a tick mark in the box on the save screen (where you give it a name) which says "make this the default flight".Hit OK and then exit FS2004 and restart it. Whatever you saved should now be presented to you as the default flight. Select another aircraft (or the default one) and see if your zoom settings were saved or passed on also.I would do all that myself but thought it might be more informative for you if you did it and reported the results.
June 6, 200917 yr I would like to change in C172 zoom in all 2D views from 1 to 0.7.<br />How to do this permanently??In the panel folder in the panel.cfg's view section you can set (or change, if there are there already) settings for each view.To get the main view a little down and to zoom 0.7 for instance use[VIEWS]VIEW_FORWARD_DIR=5VIEW_FORWARD_ZOOM=0.7To see all possibilities take a look into MS-SDK panels_SDKNote: This is totally different in FSX!CUhifi
