June 7, 200917 yr I flew the tutorial from the MD-11 with FS Passengers and MSFS ATC. When I'm in the G/S FSX exits and says FSX ran out of memory, FSX will be shutdown (or something like that). On a lot of forums I see people with this problem... But what to do about it, except buying more ram or enlarge your VIRTUAL MEMORY. I already tried that... I didn't get this message before I started using the PMDG MD-11! Help!Greetings,Chris

I said to meself, hey, get Windows XP Pro x64 ... so I did and no more problems. However you should use at least 4 gb of memory.I don't care for Vista so I got WXPPro64 and will use it for about a year, then I will check out W7.Waldo
June 8, 200916 yr If you do not have enough memory, you do not have enough memory. Logic dictates that you need more memory. How much RAM does your PC have? If it has 2 GB or less you need to buy more, simple as that. Then you need to enable Physical Address Extension on your 32 bit system or buy a 64 bit OS. Otherwise you have to disable your Add-on scenery step by step until you do not get the OOM error. "A life is like a garden.
