June 8, 200916 yr I purchased the DHC6 recently through a sale at PC aviator.I'm trying to get a sound updatefrom Aerosoft which requires registering the product.I've tried to do this but still seem to be having problems gettingrecognized.Any suggestions welcome. :( Ron Ron Service .
June 8, 200916 yr There's something which caught me out when registering a product on Aerosoft, and I wonder if that is also your issue; that is a little drop down menu which is easy to miss that asks you to select the specific product you are registering. I missed that the first time I tried to register something on Aerosoft, and had similar problems because I'd missed that bit.It is easy to skip that drop down menu and assume the product code is all you need to enter, so I'd suggest going through things again slowly and keeping a lookout for that!Al Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here
June 8, 200916 yr I did this twice before with products bought from Simmarket and did not have any issues. Did you try getting some help in the Aerosoft forums? They have very good support and respond very quickly.
