Where is my autogen in Holland?

Featured Replies

I installed vfr the netherlands from Horizon. But now my virtual earth (that is only the Netherlands) is flatten, no more autogen. Sliders of course are alright;Where is the problem?

Hi,Not sure whether it is the case with this scenery as I don't have it, but with Horizon VFR photographic scenery for the UK, stock autogen is suppressed ie no autogen, as the stock autogen that would be generated would not fit the photographic scenery. There are many flight sim addon sites where you can get replacement autogen for the uk, not sure whether this is the case for the Netherlands. Maybe someone else will reply that can point you in the right direction.Regards,Peter

It is normal for no auto gen with VFR Neth.....I do not think you get night textures either if I remember.I got it many years ago on sale and promptly sold it on ebay after uninstalling it....

Yup - best advice is dump it and get this scenery instead:http://www.nl-2000.com/nuke/It takes some serious time to download and install but it's really an amazing project! I installed it last year when I actually lived over there for a while and it's so accurate I could actually identify my own street and apartment building while on approach to Schiphol!Geoff
