Featured Replies

Run-time error '75';RadarContact.rcv4module.pilot.ack.Hi All,above is a runtime error i keep recieving when wanting to do amost anything withing the User interface for the FSX version, usually when i pick a pilot voice or click on the Start RC button - can't fly with Radar Contact becuase of it, and ideas please chaps, such a superb product its a shame not to use it ?Kind regards, by the way I'm on Vista if thats any help.Piran

Just general suggestions:Make sure you are running RC4 with admin access rights. Start it with a shortcut that has that option checked. Try it with user access rights turned off.Make sure all of your path assignments are correct. If you are running both FS9 and FSX you will need an RC installation for each (but same license key).Make sure your FSUIPC version 4 is current, link at the forum top here. What Vista version? 32 or 64 bit.

it worked with xp, because the the path was defined to rcORwith xp, everyone was an administrator. with vista, no one is an administrator. (which is a good thing)jd

is that a 75?did you define the path for the .flt/.wx files? you have to click the .flt/.wx button.you can also make a log, info on how to do that pinned to the top of the forum. duplicate the problem, zip up the .log, and send it to me.

Yep - thats runtime 75, though I also get runtime 55 when I click on the .FLT/.WX Path button. It's quite limited to what I can do without getting a runtime error, if I click on the Debug button and follow your intructions, inside the sim, for instance if i click 2 for clearance by EGHD tower then nothing will happen, this is also the case for non-debug mode, so I can't create a debug. After I've clicked say 2 or 0 to go back to the main panel I get even more runtimes and the program shuts, its got to be a Vista thing as i never had this with XP.Kind regards,

and you are right mouse clicking the .exe or shortcut, then clicking run as administrator? logging in with an account with admin privileges is not the same as running as administrator.jd
