June 14, 200916 yr Moderator While searching for something else, I stumbled across this long thread from Jul 27 2003:FS2k2 100 Steps forward FS2k4 20 steps back... After owning this sim for awhile and reading the other post here on this and other forums it seems Microsoft has dropped the ball on this one. Here are some issues I've found so far that make the sim unplayable and keep me going back to FS2k2 http://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showtop...p=0entry0Some things will never change! :( Fr. I have only used 2004 and have not upgraded to FSX, mainly due to the lack of commercial jet add-ons for FSX which I fly (waiting for AT LEAST the PMDG NGX2 series and the Airsimmer or other Airbuses). I have enjoyed 2004 but there were bugs, no doubt. After 6 years now, how do YOU find FS2004 n4gix? June 15, 200916 yr Author Moderator Well, I still have FS2k, FS2k2, FS9 and FSX installed. All have their uses! ;)I actually have an ancient 486 with FS95 and FS98 installed. It still works fine after all these years......although FS95 and FS98 still look like crud in comparison... :( :( Fr.
