Probably it will need some more time until this aircraft will enter serial production. With the recently LOI from Malev (30 aircraft) at Le Bourget Air Show this aircraft may be not too far away from (y)our sim.BTW: I still think this aircraft looks like a toy - not in a bad way. More like easy to fly. Saw some vids and I am impressed.

Cool, Russian Ejet. Maybe Captain Sim can get on that one. I wonder where you'd fly it though?

You might be interested to know that Sukhoi announced that they had a firm order for the SSJ100 (to give their new jet its proper name) from a French airline. The order was placed at the Paris Air Show. It has not been confirmed who that airline is, but most people think it is Air France, since the SSJ100 uses components manufactured by several French companies, including Messier Dowty and SNECMA amongst others, so it is thought the French govt put pressure on Air France to buy the SSJ100 in order to give those companies a boost. Armenian carrier Armavia has also ordered the SSJ and they are the launch customer apparently, so will in fact get it before AeroFlot, who've also ordered it. Looks like it might be quite a success. The prototype SSJ aircraft has just completed its cold weather testing, which was done at Archangelsk in Northern Russia, on flights from there to Murmansk, and it did well by all accounts. So it probably won't be too long before it is in service (most people reckon around November this year). With quite a few sales orders on the books, I reckon there's a good chance that someone will have a crack at it for FS, possibly even Supronov Design (who make the excellent Yak-40 for FS9), so that's an interesting possibility, because their Yak-40 is top notch.I think I'd prefer to see someone have a crack at the Tu-204/214, or the 'sevenfivesevenski' as I like to call it, but since that has not sold well at all, I don't think I'll be holding my breath waiting for that one, but I'd put money on someone making the SSJ as an FS add-on.
