"I get the usual weather and ground clearance from rcv4 but cannot enter the appropriate requirement which in this case is the ground clearance. I canot access any of the functions that rcv4 reqqires to get me going."The RC menu is working and you are getting ATIS and CD according to your quote above. Now please clarify if you can't access your FMC to enter the details of your clearance or can't access the RC menu after CD for Pushback and/or Ground. Are the RC menu items present and is this a case of no response from RC?It would not hurt to make sure your scenery database is current using the latest version of make runways and a current FSUIPC (links at the forum pinned topic). This insures that RC correctly knows your position at the airport.Regarding FMC entry if there is a keystroke conflict with RC then you need to remap the keys for RC so they do not conflict. As an example, RC will trap by default numerics so you will not get them for the FMC without remapping the RC keys to maybe CTRL-1, etc. Another thing is to remember your FS window must be active for RC to recognize your keystrokes.I see there are two forms as (from their web site):- Gauge Version for MS FS2004- Standalone Version for MS FS2002/FS2004/FSXAre you using the gauge or standalone version? If you leave the stand-alone version active in a separate window on the FS PC, then RC will not get your keystrokes.FS-Build exported FS9 (or FSX) plan formats are fine for RC.Let us know how you are attempting to operate your aircraft.

Thanks for your replies.I only have a little time to reply as I am very busy right now. Will do as you say ronzie and get back to you when I have done the things you suggestedPeter
