Creating hills/mountains

Featured Replies

Hello!I have recently been souping up the Killeen, TX airport (KGRK) and trying to make it look like what it looks like in real life (it is empty on FS).And anyways, in real life there in a large hill that is right next to the airport and on the game it is all flat around the airport. Can you please tell me how to create a simple hill or give me links that can get me started?I am using FS2004. Let it be known all I am trying to make is a pretty small hill! cheesy.gif

(See 4:08-4:26 here, thats the hill)and herehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-UeZGrYKK2U (0:00-0:13)Thanks! :)

I think you will need a tool like SBuilder that can build terrain mesh. There are a los some library object hills about although I am not sure that they are very realistic.
