June 23, 200916 yr Just wondering if anyone else getting issues with lack of response from Active Camera? After having to reinstall my hard disc sent them an activation request on saturday and to date no response.Appreciate feedback. May be holidays but they say response usually next day at the latest. June 24, 200916 yr Hi mate!No problems here. I sent my request for an Activation Key on Sunday and got it on Monday. Firstly, are you using the exact email address you used to purchase the product? I'm not sure whether that matters or not, but it does state that in the instructions. Also, have you (and I'm sure you have) checked any spam/junk inboxes and checked to see if AC's support email is blocked in any way?If it's not there, try getting in touch with them again, explaining the situation.
