PMDG gives a happy return

Featured Replies

Nearly three years have passed since I spent time with MSFS. But still, I kept all my FS9 PMDG products. I'd rather fly them than any other aircraft. Absence does make the heart grow fonder. You folks have my complete admiration for the workmanship you invest in your products. Your attention to detail has brought me much pleasure in flight simulation. The 744 makes me glad I came back.John R Franklin

John..Touching.But I couldn't help wonder why you were away for three years? I can barely mustert three days away from my MSFS>Please tell us your secret.Peter Osborn

I know exactly how you feel about that, I had similar thoughts as I went off fsim for ages and after seeing a mates 737 thought 'Hey, this looks good' then went to the pmdg site and got the 747x lol.now have the 'family' except the fs9 747 and the 737-600/700 but enjoy it again now thanks to them.I have a few other 'rival' aircraft but apart from three that are very good pmdg is miles ahaed in my humble opinion anyway lol.Just wish I had the nerve to fly online.John Ellison

I sort of wondered away from MSFS, Peter. Aging parents passed away; I moved to a new residence...the mere evolution of family life conspired to divert my interests elsewhere. Oh yes, I got my first Dslr camera, Canon 30D in 2006 and that helped seal the deal. But I'd see my Saitek X-52 flight controls stashed in a cabinet I opened now and then so about the first week of June I decided 'why not'. loaded FS9; found my cd's with PMDG a/cs and I'm back. Started with the Baron 58 and Kingair just to see if I could still fly. But I might not have continued were it not for PMDG. John Franklin
